This is a classic Japanese Black beef course.The meat selection starts with salted tongue, followed by a lean meat platter, samgyeopsal, and an offal platter.Korean food is also included, including a platter of kimchi, a platter of namul, salad, the famous seafood pancake, and a final dish of your choice of mini hiyashi noodles or mini bibimbap for each person, with an after-meal dessert included.
